What a week at the WALA Spring Conference!

The conversations this year centered on a few big questions: how to make move-ins smoother, improve resident satisfaction, and stay ahead of compliance and staffing challenges without burning out teams.

The most valuable part was simply listening — hearing what’s working, where the friction is, and what real support looks like inside today’s communities. Those insights are what continue to shape how we grow.

At the WALA Conference, we’re hosting a session called Future of Senior Living Tech — built for operators who want practical takeaways, not theory.

Jeremy London, VP of Customer Experience, and Nicole Shelton, Manager of Compliance & Solutions, will break down where compliance risks actually show up, practical ways to cut down on medication errors, and what Wisconsin regulations really mean for your day-to-day.
