Congratulations to Jeremiah Moore, PT!
We’re proud to celebrate Jeremiah, a PRN Physical Therapist supporting Mercy Retirement & Care Center in Oakland, CA, for receiving the Golden Heart Award—an annual honor recognizing individuals who embody Mercy’s Core Values of integrity, compassion, respect, and commitment to holistic care.
What makes this especially meaningful: Jeremiah is the first member of the rehab department—and a contracted therapy provider—to ever receive this award, which is typically reserved for Mercy staff.
“Jeremiah is an amazing director. He stepped into the role and has faithfully stuck with it despite his responsibilities as a father and director at another facility in addition to his dedication. He is kind, has amazing stories and is a skilled PT. He cares about his patients' progress and is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of skilled rehab. I respect him and know that he is more than worthy of the Golden Heart Award.”
Thank you for representing the heart of Infinity Rehab so well!

October is Physical Therapy Month, and we’re celebrating by highlighting PT heroes nominated by their peers. Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing the amazing things our team members have to say about their colleagues who go above and beyond.
Meet Diane Hatterman, PTA in Spokane, WA. Here’s what her teammate shared:
"I've worked with Diane for more than 12 years. We've shared patients at times. She has always been an excellent communicator, kept me informed about progress and updates exactly when I needed them. Lately, as our patient caseload has shifted, and we share fewer people, but I get to observe her treatments with her inpatients from my outpatient space. She has a remarkable ability to speak so softly to the residents as a daughter might to her parent. Yet, she gets her message across, and the results that she is looking for. She has a broad skill set that she fully applies in the SNF, the memory care unit as well as our ALF. Her patients love her and will swear it was her treatments that helped them regain their life. In addition, Diane often coordinates staff enrichment events that make coming to the office even more fun. She is an amazing asset to our Rockwood team, and we are all grateful for everything she does."
