Sacred Autumn Retreat:
Move, Meditate & Create 🍂✨

My heart is overflowing with gratitude after this magical retreat weekend at Summersalts in Lake Chelan.

Together, we moved, meditated, created, and connected in ways that words can hardly describe.
From heartfelt conversations to yoga, meditation, journaling rituals, sound baths, an art lesson, cold plunges, a shamanic journey, group Reiki, and nourishing meals — every moment was a reminder of how sacred it is to slow down and come home to ourselves in true union.
The love, laughter, and healing shared among this incredible group of souls was beyond beautiful.

Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and helped hold space for one another. 💜
YOU are the reason I do this work — and the reason I believe in the power of community, presence, and connection. 🌕✨

✨ HAPPY 2 YEARS, CLARITY FAMILY! ✨

Wow… two whole years of movement, breath, meditation, and incredible community. 💜 What started as a vision to create a space for transformation, magic, and connection has become something far more powerful than I ever imagined.

Through two locations, flooding, petitions, and constant obstacles — we stayed grounded in faith. We rose stronger. We kept showing up — for ourselves, for each other, and for the love that radiates from this beautiful community. 🌿

These past two years have been filled with laughter, tears, breakthroughs, deep breaths, and so much growth. Every soul who’s walked through these doors, joined online, or showed support, has shaped Clarity into a limitless space for mind, body, and spirit connection.

Our community is our grounding force — we love you and thank you deeply. ✨🫶🦋
