Starting new rituals for the year—not to fix myself, not to manifest faster, not to ask Spirit for a to-do list.
Just… awareness.

This morning looked like cacao in my favorite mug, a 20-minute meditation, one candle flickering truth instead of promises, and my most true-to-me tarot deck. No questions. No demands. No “tell me what to do next.” Just listening.

And ohhh, the cards spoke anyway. Here is the message in the cards

✨ Eight of Pentacles (reversed)
Translation: I’m officially done grinding for things that don’t actually feed my soul. If it feels like burnout, disengagement, or quiet resentment… it’s not laziness, babe—it’s intuition. This card whispered, “You’re skilled, yes—but your craftsmanship doesn’t belong here anymore.” Message received. Loud and clear.

✨ The Chariot
Cue the cosmic steering wheel. Once I stop forcing what’s misaligned, momentum returns FAST. This isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about choosing deliberately. Discipline as devotion. Direction as sacred. When competing desires stop fighting and start cooperating? That’s when things move.

✨ Ten of Cups (reversed)
Oof, but in the best way. This one lovingly calls out the fantasy of the “perfect” happy ending. The aesthetic joy. The curated fulfillment. The life that looks good on paper but feels hollow in the body. This card says we’re rewriting what happiness actually means—and choosing honesty over performance every time.

✨ The through-line
Stop overworking what drains you → reclaim your agency → release outdated ideas of what happiness is supposed to look like.

✨ Coach’s truth (because you know I’m gonna say it):
This season favors self-led fulfillment over external validation. If you chase the image of happiness, you stall. If you chase alignment? Joy reorganizes itself around you—effortlessly, quietly, powerfully.

So here’s to rituals that aren’t flashy.
To sitting instead of striving.
To awareness over answers.
To choosing what’s real—even if it’s less sparkly.
