Grand re-Opening!!!

Come support and celebrate our grand re-opening of Speech Therapy Solutions on Saturday, October 16th from 1pm - 4pm.

It will be a time filled with fun activities for the kids and adults. You will get to meet our therapists and staff and learn how we come alongside many families to bring hope and healing!

The Office Assistant's duties are, but not limited to:
1) Greet and welcome all clients and families
2) Work within HIPPA rules and regulations to maintain client privacy
3) Answering and returning phone calls, faxes and e-mails
4) Collecting and Entering new client’s information into the internal system
5) Confirming upcoming patient appointments
6) Organizing files and office tools
7) Cleaning and disinfecting office after in-office appointments
8 ) Follow up on claims with Insurance companies
9) Update payments on internal system
10) Schedule appointments and maintain calendars up to date
11) Ensure that clients follow COVID-19 Protocols

This job requires coverage on Saturdays.
