ICare Health Network is pleased to announce the selection of Meredith Parda-Burr as Vice President of Human Resources.
Meredith comes to iCare with more than 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience across healthcare and hospitality. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, HR Business Partners at Benchmark Senior Living, where she led the organization’s HR Business Partner team. Prior to that role, she spent seven years as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner with Benchmark, supporting multiple communities across the senior living portfolio.
In addition to her tenure in senior living, Meredith served as Human Resources Director for Shaner Operating Corporation, a hospitality management company based in State College, PA. Her career reflects a strong emphasis on process improvement, quality initiatives, and fostering employee engagement at all levels.
