Since I was a young girl, I've had a deep connection to nature and the cosmos. Fortunately, I grew up with a mother who was very open about her own spirituality and connection to spirit. Growing up in a large family, I became interested in human behavior and psychology early on. Empathic and deeply intuitive, I found peace and solace in nature, music, reading, writing, and creating art in many different mediums. These activities became a safe space for me to explore and express myself, as well as process the big feelings that came with growing up in a loving whirlwind of chaos. My journey has been guided by intuition and inspired by inner sparks, each clue followed and studied helping to build the unique foundation from which I now serve. Massage school was my formal entry point into the world of Eastern medicine and philosophy, although my interest had been aroused many years prior through my informal studies of spirituality, energy, yoga, the occult and our cosmology. Naturally inquisitive and philosophical—hello Sagittarius stellium and 1/3 profile in Human Design—I have followed the sparks and been enchanted and enriched by the fields of Eastern medicine and philosophies, metaphysics, consciousness and human potential, astrology, human design, anthroposophy, transcendentalism, holistic health and ecology, herbalism and agriculture. All of these pieces have been flowing like streams into a river, creating a beautiful, ever-evolving composition from which I serve. My mission is to inspire individuals to reclaim their power as sovereign beings, equipping them with tools, knowledge, and practices to take radical responsibility for their lives, health, and well-being. I believe that as spiritual beings navigating the human experience, we can achieve dynamic balance & wellness of body, mind, and spirit by recognizing our integral connection to nature and the unified field of love, and by honoring our cyclical rhythms and cosmic roots. ♾️🌌💕🌱

Mabon blessings, lovelies! Today we arrive at Equinox — a threshold of balance and renewal. Yesterday’s New Moon + Eclipse in Virgo is an energetic release and rebirth in many ways, and now the wheel fully turns from Earth → Metal in Chinese medicine.

Metal season (autumn) is linked to the lungs + large intestine — the organs of breath and release. This season teaches us to take in what nourishes and let go of what no longer serves, just as trees release their leaves.

If you are interested in booking any services at Cosmic Roots, please familiarize yourself with my policies. By booking a session with me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This ensures a safe, professional, and relaxing experience for all while maintaining the integrity of my schedule and practice.

🌿 Rescheduling & Cancellations (Less than 24 hours notice) - Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will incur a 50% fee, paid same day.

🌿 Appointment Swap Policy - I understand that unexpected schedule changes happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may transfer your appointment to a family member to avoid cancellation fees. Please notify me as soon as possible if a family member will be attending in your place.

🌿 Grace For True Emergencies - I understand that unexpected situations arise. In the case of a verifiable emergency, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at my discretion.

🌿 No-Show Policy - If a session is missed without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited in full, with no refund or rescheduling option.

🌿 Strictly Professional Services – My massage therapy services are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any requests, comments, or actions of an inappropriate nature will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund or rescheduling option.

✨️ No Expiration – Our gift certificates do not expire, allowing recipients the flexibility to book at their convenience.

✨️ Dollar-Value Basis – Gift certificates are issued for a specific dollar amount, which may or may not cover the full cost of a session. If the session price exceeds the certificate value, the remaining balance is due at the time of service.

✨️ Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable – Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are intended for use by the recipient and cannot be transferred without prior approval.
