Since I was a young girl, I've had a deep connection to nature and the cosmos. Fortunately, I grew up with a mother who was very open about her own spirituality and connection to spirit. Growing up in a large family, I became interested in human behavior and psychology early on. Empathic and deeply intuitive, I found peace and solace in nature, music, reading, writing, and creating art in many different mediums. These activities became a safe space for me to explore and express myself, as well as process the big feelings that came with growing up in a loving whirlwind of chaos. My journey has been guided by intuition and inspired by inner sparks, each clue followed and studied helping to build the unique foundation from which I now serve. Massage school was my formal entry point into the world of Eastern medicine and philosophy, although my interest had been aroused many years prior through my informal studies of spirituality, energy, yoga, the occult and our cosmology. Naturally inquisitive and philosophical—hello Sagittarius stellium and 1/3 profile in Human Design—I have followed the sparks and been enchanted and enriched by the fields of Eastern medicine and philosophies, metaphysics, consciousness and human potential, astrology, human design, anthroposophy, transcendentalism, holistic health and ecology, herbalism and agriculture. All of these pieces have been flowing like streams into a river, creating a beautiful, ever-evolving composition from which I serve. My mission is to inspire individuals to reclaim their power as sovereign beings, equipping them with tools, knowledge, and practices to take radical responsibility for their lives, health, and well-being. I believe that as spiritual beings navigating the human experience, we can achieve dynamic balance & wellness of body, mind, and spirit by recognizing our integral connection to nature and the unified field of love, and by honoring our cyclical rhythms and cosmic roots. ♾️🌌💕🌱
