✨ You Can’t Force Change—But You Can Choose Your Response 🤔

As much as we would like to, through love, correction, or even threats, you can’t control someone else’s choices. Every person has free will, and when someone is struggling with addiction, they are sadly already being controlled. Until they get help, trying to change them will drain you, leading to frustration, grief, anger and hopelessnes.

💡What you can control is your actions: your responses, decisions, prayers and even, with practice and counseling, your emotions. 💛

Counseling empowers families to set healthy boundaries and take steps toward healing and peace—no matter where their loved one is in recovery.
