8:30 am Strongasana (yoga with a few little challenges to build your strength)
9:45 am Yoga for Lifelong Strength (with a focus on building bone density and balance)
6 pm Wednesday Wellness Flow (movement, breath, and relaxation).

We added a new class on Saturday--Inversions & Arm Balances. Some of the most interesting asanas (postures) in yoga. We will workshop into a few new postures each week, with detailed instruction, lots of individual guidance, and a priority on safety.
