Saw these eagles today on Bridge Road. Such a majestic sight--and a reminder of Garudasana, or Eagle pose. In Eagle, we wrap the arms and legs tightly. We narrow our focus and steady ourselves. This can feel restrictive — contained — like everything has drawn inward.
But that wrapping builds strength. It asks for balance. It demands attention.
And then comes the unwrapping — the release, the space, the return of lightness.
This week wrapped us up in its own way. The storm tested our steadiness. We adapted. We waited. We endured.
