I love books!! I, both, read and listen to books. One of my favorites is The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florerence Scovell Shinn. This one was written in the 1920’s and is chock full of wonderous stories, catchy affirmations and sound advice. I enjoyed reading it many moons ago and just recently found it on YouTube. I’ve enjoyed listening when I’m feeling down or having recurring, worrying thoughts. Yep, it happens to me too. Listening to something uplifting and supportive helps float me until I’m feeling more myself. I’m not sure if you can find this at the library, but I know you can listen to it on YouTube!
