Step into a powerful, body-based experience that blends intentional breathwork with live drumming. The steady rhythm of the drum helps guide you inward, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner awareness.
Each journey is completely unique. Some experience emotional clearing, others receive insight, imagery, or deep rest. You don’t need any prior experience — just come as you are.

End your week within a supportive space and enjoy like-minded company. Sip tea, enjoy light nourishment, bring a journal or book, or simply rest. This is a space to just be — to share quiet conversation, sit in your own energy, or reflect in peace.

Two candles will be lit for anyone who feels called to set an intention or release, though there is no expectation to participate. Come exactly as you are.

Join us earlier for Somatic Dance with Gigi from 5:30–6:30 PM — a beautiful opportunity to move, release, and reconnect with your body. After class, you’re invited to stay and melt into Community Circle, allowing space to integrate, soften, and simply be.

Come gather in rhythm and ceremony. Drum & Hearth is a monthly space to connect with community, receive nourishment, and sink into the healing vibrations of drums and sacred instruments.
Guided by Susan, Shamanic Reiki Master, this circle weaves ceremony, sound, and rhythm to ground, uplift, and restore.
No experience needed — just bring your presence.

Every Wednesday at 6 PM with Alicia 🩷

This all-level class is a space to build a strong foundation in bellydance through mindful, embodied movement. We’ll warm the body, awaken the core, and explore essential techniques like hip articulations, shimmies, undulations, and posture—moving with music to build strength, coordination, and fluidity.

Class closes with a calming cool-down to release tension and integrate the work. Expect a joyful, expressive container for confidence-building and deeper connection to your body.
