Last Saturday our teachers gathered for some time together outside the studio. 🌹

We shared a meal, wrote love letters, and set intentions for ourselves, for each other, and for the space we hold in our community. Each intention was placed into a rose as a small symbol of the love and care we bring into this work.

We ended up sharing roses with the people around us. There were other tables nearby and it felt really sweet to offer them a rose and spread a little love into the space we were all sharing.

We were so present, talking, connecting, and enjoying the moment that we didn’t take any photos of ourselves but these roses hold the memory of that day.

Feeling really grateful for this team and the intention we’re setting for the season ahead.

Our Reiki & Sound Journey is a winter sanctuary for the soul. A space to soften, unravel, and reconnect before the seasons shift.

This is our last offering of the winter season until next January. If your body has been craving deep rest… if your nervous system feels full… if you’re longing for stillness… this is your invitation.

Together we’ll move gently through restorative yoga, be held in Reiki and sound healing, and close in quiet reflection with journaling and intuitive card pulls.

A sacred space to return home to your body, your voice, and your inner self.

This ceremony is for those moving through transition, change, or release… for the ones shedding old roles and gently stepping into who they are becoming. Through guided embodiment, movement, sound, invocation, and ritual, we create space to remember, ground, and reclaim.

There is something powerful that happens when we gather in intention. When we allow ourselves to be witnessed. When we let the old fall away and make space for what is ready to rise.
