Sisterhood is medicine. 🤍
Join us for our Sisterhood Connection Circle — a free, heart-centered gathering created to bring women together in a warm, encouraging space rooted in community, support, and shared wisdom.

This circle is an invitation to slow down, connect, and be seen. We’ll begin with gentle movement and breathwork, allowing our bodies to soften and melt into the earth. From there, we’ll share stories, passions, and businesses while building meaningful relationships with one another.

Light refreshments will be provided as we settle into connection. At select gatherings throughout the year, we’ll also welcome guest speakers who will offer insight, experience, and inspiration.
This offering will be held quarterly, creating an ongoing space for growth, collaboration, and sisterhood.

As the year comes to a close and we move deeper into the quiet of winter, we want to pause and offer our deepest thanks.
Thank you to our teachers and community for showing up for yourselves every single day - for your presence, your courage, your softness, and your commitment to your own healing. This space exists because of you.

We will be closed December 24th–26th as we rest, restore, and honor the season.

Earlier this month we gathered under the Gemini Full Moon Supermoon for a Release Ritual and it was so potent. We breathed, softened, and let the old stories unravel… making room for what’s actually meant for us as we close out 2025.

As winter settles in and the days grow darker, we are invited—like the bear to slow down, turn inward, and rest. ❄️🐻
We live in a world that tells us new year, new me during the coldest, darkest season—when nature is actually calling us into rest and hibernation. To soften. To be still. To remember that we are nature, too.

Nestle Into Your Cocoon is a monthly Reiki & Sound Journey designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle inner reflection throughout the winter months.

We’ll begin with soft, mindful movement and restorative yoga, allowing the body to release and soften. Wrapped in blankets and supported by props, you’ll melt into stillness as Reiki and Sound Healing weave through the space—soothing, grounding, and restoring balance.

We’ll close with journaling and intuitive card pulls, creating space for reflection, release, and quiet inner listening.

Each gathering carries its own seasonal theme and intention, aligned with winter’s natural rhythm—a time to tend the inner flame until spring calls us forward once more.
