Nestle Into Your Cocoon last Thursday was truly beautiful. We have one more offering next month!

Holding space for a circle of women just before Valentine’s Day felt deeply aligned. Setting intentions with flowers, surrendering what no longer serves, and returning it to the earth.

As we release what we’ve been carrying, we create space for what’s ready to bloom as we move toward spring and into the Year of the Horse.

Yoga Sculpt is a fiery, strength-infused practice that blends traditional yoga with light weights, upbeat music, and intentional, embodied movement. Every sequence is grounded in intention, inviting you to move with purpose, power, and presence.

We’ll flow through yoga postures, functional strength work, balance challenges, and core activation building heat, resilience, and confidence from the inside out.

The music keeps the energy lifted, while the grounding rituals keep you connected to your body, breath, and inner wisdom.
