Hi everyone! 😊✨

I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself since it’s been a while—my name is Brittany, and I’m 33 years young!
💪 I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 17 years, with the past 15 years focused on both one-on-one training and group classes.

Over time, I’ve really leaned into a more realistic, functional approach to fitness—training that supports your everyday life, not just what happens in the gym. When you come to my classes, you can expect a fun, high-energy, and welcoming environment designed for all fitness levels 🙌🔥

My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and confidently take on your day-to-day life. Every body is different—and that’s something to celebrate! 🫶 I’m here to support you, meet you where you are, and guide you toward your personal goals

because i was made that way.

training your brain to love your body for what it is
is so hard and draining
I’m constantly resetting & starting over
but that never means I failed
point of this rant is to never give up
you’re only human & starting over isn’t the end of the world

funny thing is, i feel gross today.

I look in this mirror and tear myself apart.
I feel huge, bloated & heavy.
I see all the negativity and barely any good.
I tell myself I need to be better & go harder.
body dysmorphia is such a hard battle to overcome come.
i think i have it under control
and start to love myself.
then boom there it is crashing through the the walls again.
you never know how people are feeling internally.
let’s be kind and encouraging to eachother.
because we live in a world where we are not.
