Dodge County Hospital is planning a special Donate Life community event and we are looking for individuals who are willing to help us share the powerful impact of organ donation.

We would love to connect with:
💚 • Transplant recipients willing to share their journey
💚 • Living donors
💚 • Families of organ, eye, or tissue donors who would like to honor their loved one’s legacy
