I am a registered dietitian who has been in the fitness field for over 15 years as an instructor and personal trainer. Finding that people struggle the most with food and nutrition, it is my mission to help others understand that they can enjoy ALL foods and focus on making lifestyle changes that are practical. Practical means "of an idea, plan, or method) likely to succeed or be effective in real circumstances; feasible" according to google. Most people tend to focus on trending "fad" diets which we all know usually lead to failure or even worse, dreadful weight gain. These diets are not practical, will not last, and will definitely drive you crazy! My approach is to focus on small lifestyle changes that will help to change your mindset in the process while also ensuring success by having an expert accountability partner right there with you to help guide you along the way. It will take some mental toughness, some real hard honesty with me and yourself, and also some determination. The only thing that I ask before you apply to work with me is that you are serious!
