It was a great opportunity to connect with the community, share resources, and support individuals and families on their recovery journeys. Events like these remind us how important it is to come together, raise awareness, and make support accessible to everyone who needs it.

Meet the team. 💙

Sara Rockey, Counselor, brings experience, compassion, and a deeply personalized approach to every client she works with. With a background in both inpatient and outpatient care, she is dedicated to creating a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and understood.

Using CBT, DBT, and person centered techniques, Sara works with diverse populations including veterans and first responders, helping each person move forward in their recovery with confidence and care.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her fiancé, her two dogs, and staying active outdoors while giving back through youth sports.
