From the day I stepped into massage school I dedicated myself to understanding more than just massage. In a world where we are sicker and more in pain than ever, I knew my role had to be greater for the people I wanted to help.

I always recommend my patients complement their massage with a 30-minute sauna session to optimize the benefits.

Metabolic byproducts get released during a massage, and using our infrared sauna can help further detox those waste products while enhancing the increased circulation.

Sauna can also help improve skin and cardiovascular health and sleep quality.
