This is a message concerning Highmark plans. All Highmark plans reset January . If you need an exam call ASAP so we can try to fit you in. If you have an Rx you can come in anytime. We would also like to try to clear up the confusion surrounding the Highmark Wholecare Medicaid plans. Highmark made the decision to switch these plans to VSP instead of Davis Vision as the vision provider. This was NOT our decision and we remain a provider for all Highmark non-medicaid plans. It saddens us greatly that we will not be able to provide eye glasses to the Highmark Wholecare Medicaid plans after the first of the year. At this point we have not been able to become a VSP provider because we are an independent business. That being said if you have not used your 2024 benefits time is running out come see us while we can still help you.

Easton Optical will be closing 12-23 through 12-26 and 12-30 through 1-2 for the holidays. We have limited appointments available for next week if you need to get an eye exam or glasses before the end of the year.

Dr. Riback will be retiring at the end of the year. Dr. Eck will be joining us in January.
