Today we honor the seven incredible veterans who proudly call Candlelight Cove home. Their courage, service, and sacrifice mean more than words can say. We are grateful for each of them and thankful to celebrate this special day together. 🇺🇸

🎉 Last night, we hosted a warm and welcoming Housewarming Party in honor of our newest residents here at Candle Light Cove! 🏡✨

It was a lovely evening spent with new friends and familiar faces, as families joined us to celebrate this exciting new chapter. We enjoyed delicious treats, heartfelt conversations, and lots of laughter as everyone had the chance to get to know one another — including our wonderful management team!

We’re so happy to welcome our newest residents to the Candle Light Cove family. 💛 Here’s to new beginnings, meaningful connections, and making memories together!

Candle Light Cove earned IntegraCare's Silver Level Award for its prompt handling of our residents' callbell requests during the third quarter this year!

When our residents called, our team responded in an average time of 1 minute, 56 seconds!

Life Stories wrapped up October with an Oktoberfest celebration! 🎶🍻
Residents enjoyed festive music, delicious food, and of course—beer (including root beer!). The fun continued with Oktoberfest trivia and a bit of armchair travel with Rick Steves as we explored Germany together. What a great way to close out the month! 🇩🇪✨

This week’s trip was a double!
We first stopped by Talbot Hospice to support their bake sale one more time, and then headed off to enjoy some unique and delicious pizza at Ava’s Pizza in St. Michaels. It was a wonderful day spent with great company!

💍 70 Years of Love 💍
We had a very special celebration in LifeStories this week as resident Tom and his wife Pat marked their 70th wedding anniversary! 💕

Family, friends, and fellow residents gathered to celebrate this incredible milestone. When asked the secret to a long and happy marriage, Tom shared his simple but heartfelt advice: “To love one another.” ❤️

Today we put a few hours aside to bake for the Talbot Hospice’s bake sale on Wednesday. We love to support our community, especially when they are such a big part of our world as well! If you’re out and about on Wednesday, stop by Talbot Hospice from 10 to 2 to support such a wonderful organization!
