Interesting read. Focusing on others, community, and forgiveness for better mental health not a bad way to live life. Bitterness and anger will definitely take a toll on ones mental health and overall health. If nothing else it would definitely make this world a better place to live in if we all practice this!

Quick Labor Day update:

The office will be closed August 29 through September 1 completely. For any emergencies I am available by my cell phone! I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday and enjoy the last moments of summer!

Tendercare Pediatrics update:

Please be advised that I will be unavailable September 5th-21st. The office will be open for questions, medication refills, and basic forms. The office will have modified hours. Bercky will be available Monday through Thursday both weeks from 9-1pm. Please do not leave messages on my cell phone during this time period for I may not be able to return any calls until I return September 22nd. If you need medical care for your child any walk in clinic or ER is fine. Please try and give the office notice of anything you will need before September 4th to get you through this time period. Thank you for your understanding on this matter!

On another note, if you are planning on getting flu shots for your children I would wait until late October or November this season. Last year the Flu started in November and lasted until late May and June. The shot gives immunity for about 6 months so if you get it too early your child will get the flu at the end of the season. However, if you keep your immune system strong with Vitamin C, Elderberry, My Community through Host Defense, Counter Attack through Rainbow Light etc. chances are you will avoid the FLU naturally. If you feel the FLU or any virus starting, take Oscillococcinum and V Clear through Integrative Therapeutics. That usually does the trick for me!

Even more evidence against the nay sayers!
