Employee Spotlight: Sarah Gyampoh, LMSW, RYT, RPYT

Meet Sarah, one of our amazing Licensed Master Social Workers and certified yoga instructors here at Bee Well! ✨

Sarah brings such a calming, radiant energy to everyone she meets. She blends traditional therapy techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness and holistic practices to help clients clear emotional and energetic blocks, reconnect with their authentic selves, and navigate life with clarity and confidence.

Her path to this work is as inspiring as it is heartfelt from serving women and youth in the Dominican Republic as a Peace Corps Volunteer, to navigating life as a mom of five. Sarah knows what it means to hold space for both struggle and joy, and she guides her clients with deep empathy and grace. 🌸

Sarah is also the author of The Mindful Mother’s Way: Finding Confidence, Connection, and Calm in the Practice of Motherhood. A beautiful and empowering guide that helps mothers embrace mindfulness, self-compassion, and presence throughout their journey. 💛

When she’s not in session, Sarah loves reading, writing, yoga, and spontaneous dance parties with her kids. You’ll often find her in the kitchen trying new recipes or journaling her next idea; always living life with intention and heart.
We are so grateful to have Sarah as part of the Bee Well team. Her compassion, wisdom, and mindful spirit make her a true light for both her clients and her colleagues. 🌿✨

Meet Allison Lewis, one of our amazing Licensed Social Workers here at Bee Well! 💛

Allison is the spark of sunshine in our office… endlessly bubbly, fun, and full of energy. You can’t help but smile and feel instantly welcomed by her. Allison works with children, teens, and adults and helps clients build awareness, resilience, and confidence through CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, and EMDR therapy. Her warmth and positivity make every session feel safe, supportive, and uplifting. 🌱

A proud Salisbury University graduate, Allison is passionate about creating spaces where clients can grow, heal, and feel truly seen. Her compassion, authenticity, and warm energy make her a favorite among clients and colleagues alike.

Outside the office, Allison recently got married and loves spending time by the water, traveling, reading, and enjoying nature. 🌊

Allison has a way of making everyone feel happy, comfortable, and cared for. We’re so lucky to have Allison on our team. She’s our own powerhouse of positivity and fun, bringing joy, care, and expert clinical skills to everything she does! ✨

If you’ve ever called or walked through our doors, chances are you’ve already met Ashley Cameron … the heart of our front office! 💛

Ashley is the smiling face that welcomes every client and the reassuring voice that helps you on the other end of the phone. She keeps our practice running strong by managing scheduling, billing, credentialing, office organization, and just about everything in between.

But beyond her daily tasks, Ashley brings warmth, compassion, and calm to everyone she interacts with. She has a gift for making people feel seen and supported. Whether it’s helping clients navigate appointments or keeping our team laughing through busy days.

We’re so grateful for all the love and care Ashley pours into our office and community every single day! 🌼

Fun Fact: When she’s not at the office, you’ll probably find Ashley at the gym, working on her health and fitness goals, or spending time with her family… always showing that balance and self-care matter most. 💪💖
