Brittany really focuses on presence over stillness.
Because the hardest part isn’t slowing down… it’s the presence it takes to sit with yourself. ✨

Through breath, stillness, and subtle awareness, she creates a space where you can actually hear yourself again.
You feel it in the pauses, the exhales, and the way you leave a little more grounded than when you walked in.

⚪ A: Honestly... Fade Into You- White Sun (live)
⚫ Q: What is one movement you love teaching?
⚪ A: Pressure breathing- full inhale, pulsed exhale
⚫ Q: What does movement mean to you personally?
⚪ A: Movement is connection on many levels. It’s a way into the body, it’s a way into the breath. I come back to, it’s not about getting the body into pose or move but how you use a pose/move to get into the body.
⚫ Q: What makes The Void community special?
⚪ A: The Void is a place you can come and be yourself, build yourself, and maybe even rethink what’s possible.
⚫ Q: What’s something clients would be surprised to learn about you?
⚪ A: I’m shy, no but seriously.
⚫ Q: What is your favorite recovery ritual?
⚪ A: Breathing, morning sun, and self massage usually with facial balls, roller, blocks.
