Eastover Family Care will open at 9am due to the weather. If you have a schedule appointment at 8am with lab please report to our office at 9am. If you have a 8-830 am scheduled appointment with any provider please report to the office at 1pm. If this time does not work for you, please call our office after 9am to reschedule.

In response to COVID19 guidelines ....

We have WALK-IN sick appointments available Monday through Thursday between 2pm and 330pm to decrease possible exposure.

Morning appointments are available between 8am and 1130am by appointment only Monday through Thursday for Well patients only.

Tele health, Virtual visits, and interactive web visits are by appointment only Monday through Thursday starting at 2pm.

Friday’s are by appointment only 8am to 1130am for well patients.
