Golden Years is an aging life caremanagement program. We assess people who need help for the type of help they need to enhance their lives and we provide that assistannce. For instance,one type of assistance they may need is someone to go with them to doctor visits to make sure they successfully carry out the doctors orders and to make sure their family understands the doctors diagnosis and treatment. The Golden years caremanager works for the client and the family.
