We are truly grateful that we were able to sponsor the Teen Mental First Aid Training and certification to the young queens at Treasure Within we proveded them with manuals to ensure they had a tangible resource of information they learned. This training was facilitated by our very own founder & Trauma Recovery Coach Miracle Nored who is also a Nationally Certified Mental Health First Aid instructor - for teens and adults, who is truly invested in our youth mental health.

Su***de Prevention Month 💚💕

You matter more than you know. It’s still su***de awareness month & we’re turning up hope, help, and connection, because small check-ins can change a day (and sometimes a life).

Try this 60‑second Support Boost:

A -Acknowledge: “Today I feel ____.” Naming it is power.

B - Breathe: 4‑4‑4‑4 (inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4).

C - Connect: Text or DM one person: let them know that you are thinking of them!

If you’re worried about someone:

1. Ask directly: “Are you feeling really low or thinking about harming yourself?”

3. Connect to support: a trusted adult, counselor, or a helpline (see below).

Community Support challenge:

Do 3 check-ins this week. Save and share to spread the word.

Comment 💚💜 to stand with youth mental health

You’re not alone. Help is real, and it works. 🤝

💛 Take a Moment to Pause 💛

"It’s okay to rest. Progress isn’t always about movement; sometimes it’s about pausing to breathe."

Remember, taking care of yourself is just as important as chasing your goals. Rest is not a setback—it's part of the journey forward. 🌟
