New Inclusive October Classes:

Oct 12th Harvest Meal Prep:
Take the stress out of healthy eating! In this hands-on class, you’ll prep seasonal, nutrient-packed meals using local fall produce. You’ll leave with ready-to-eat dishes for the week, new cooking skills, and recipe cards. This class is presented by Tammie (Happy Belly Foodies) and Lori (Forage Kitchen). This is not your average meal prep-it’s flavor-packed, gluten-free, and nourishing for the whole family!

Doors open at 1:30pm, class begins at 2:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Oct 14th Pumpkin Pasta Class (Gluten Free):
It’s pumpkin season and we’re celebrating in the most delicious way-homemade pumpkin pasta! Learn how to make gluten-free pasta dough from scratch, fill it with creamy pumpkin goodness, and create a savory sauce to match. Perfect for date night, a fall outing with friends, or anyone wanting to master the art of fresh pasta! This class is presented by the team at Happy Belly Foodies!

Tickets are $60 each available here.

Doors open at 5:30 pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer (including gluten-free!), wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Get in the Halloween spirit—without the spirits! This interactive mixology class will have you crafting spooky, colorful, and totally booze-free drinks perfect for parties, kids, or a fun night in. Learn tricks for presentation, fun garnishes, and eerie effects that wow.

🌾✨ Gratitude Overflowing ✨🌾

We are beyond grateful for the amazing gluten-free community here in the Chippewa Valley! 💛 This past weekend we came together for our First Annual 100% Gluten Free Oktoberfest—and wow, what a success it was! 🎉🍂

From the delicious food and drinks, to the laughter, music, and warm connections, the event was a true celebration of what’s possible when community comes together. Seeing so many people enjoy themselves—free from worry and full of joy—was absolutely heartwarming. 💫

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended, supported, and believed in this vision. Your energy and enthusiasm made it clear: our gluten-free community is strong, vibrant, and growing! 🙌
