🔥 I Was Always The Flame 🔥

I was always the flame.
Don’t tell me I was lost.
I was tracing constellations along,
mapping a language they forgot to teach me.

They named it chaos,
but I felt it,
the slow ignition of something ancient
burning in my bones.

I wasn’t waiting to be rescued.
I was searching within,
gathering all my scattered selves
like ghost dust from a long forgotten crown.

They only saw the ashes.

I transformed not to disappear,
