Clearwater Assisted Living is looking for a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to join our team! This position is approximately 20–25 hours per week and is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys helping others live independently.

What You’ll Do:
🧡 Assist clients with activities of daily living, personal cares, and medication management
🧡 Encourage and motivate clients to participate in activities
🧡 Complete daily client logs accurately
🧡 Show up with integrity, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality care
🧡 Support clients by encouraging and reminding them to complete daily tasks

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Ability to work independently with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities
✔️ Proactive, problem-solving mindset
✔️ Ability to follow detailed training instructions
✔️ Empathetic, reliable, and thorough

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Caregiving experience preferred (1 year)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
