Wonder Wednesday.

Ladies, have you ever wondered if or when you should shave your legs before a massage??? ESPECIALLY NOW THAT IT'S WINTER OUT.

Because I used to!

And honestly, it really doesn't matter hun!

The ONLY time it "matters" from a therapist's stand point, is when your leg hair is in the prickly/stabby stage - it then feels like carpet burn on the arms. 😵‍💫😬

So come on in smooth like a baby's butt or come in looking like Chewbacca!

There is absolutely no judgements coming from me either way! 🤗

Fun Fact Friday ❤️

My Dad is actually the start of the reason of why/how I got into massage and still keep going.

I'll never forget giving him back rubs after work in the kitchen at around 6/7 years old. 🥰

He may be gone physically from this Earth, but I have even more loving, and stronger giving hands with his hands wrapped over mine now. 🤲❤️💔

Neck, back, and shoulder tension and pain - often associated and comes with tension headaches.

No matter what the person's job is, I quite often get a focus request for neck, back, and shoulder work. 💆‍♀️ 💆‍♂️

#29!! Run For The Lights 5k!!

It was cold, snowy, breezy, hilly, and slippery out but we fricken did it and showed up anyways!! 💪🔥

Finished today with 2.77 miles in 27:36!! Despite the hills and slippery ick outside!! 💪🔥

So proud of my 5K-razy Crew for joining me in soo many runs this year! Yall made every single one more fun!! ❤️

Quite a few have asked me, "how do you have the time and energy for all of these runs?!"

And quite simply put, I do enjoy running, I'm determined AF, committed, and disciplined as hell.

- I don't have a clue as to how many miles I've put on this entire year.

AND I OWE A LOT OF THIS YEAR TO MY HUBBY, TOMMY for taking care of our kiddos for not only during all of these 5k races, but some of my training time too! 🙏🫶❤️

I so owe this man sooo incredibly much for putting up with this entire year of craziness and choas!! ❤️😘

It does help that they're in an amazing daycare and that I have a flexible work schedule that I can work whenever and however much I want.

So today, I owe HUGE MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO TOMMY.

My sister for doing every single race she possibly could with me. ❤️
And my 5K-razy Crew that has formed this year. ❤️🫶
We kick a$$ and take fricken names man! 🥂
