I see people of all walks of life.

From many many computer desk workers of various types to doctors/nurses, dental hygienists, production workers, teachers/daycare workers, hairstylists, chiropractors, yogis, prison workers, car guys, bankers, the blue collars, handymen, construction people, body builders, runners/athletes, kids/students, the retired crew, and soooo many more!!

This is just one of the many cool things about what I do - is I get to meet so many people from a very wide variety of walks of life! 🥰🤗

#27!! Carson Park Logging Miles 5k!!

Back to back 5ks within 14 hours and less than that for recovery time!

Finished 3.20 miles in official time of 28:57!

- Got 4th in my age group, 12th out of all women, and 42nd out of the total group! 💪

A little bit slower than last night for me, but today had more hills, and the back to backs made it a bit tiring, but we trudged on! 💪🥵

Either way, I'll take it because that was WOW on the body!
It was a great morning for a 5k! - the rain stopped just before we started the run and started back up just after!

#26!! ECM Hall-EAU-ween 5k!!

This community is absolutely amazing! They go ALL OUT with decorations and music! It's the coolest! 💀 👻 👽 🧙‍♀️ 🪄 🐉 😱

We kicked a$$ and took names tonight! Finishing 3.16 miles in 28:10!!

Made it even better to have my fam bam along with me tonight to be a part of it!! 🥰❤️

Thank you to my hubby for always manning the kids and being a saint of a husband so I can reach my 30 for 30 goal!

Officially less than 5 to go! 💪🔥
