Youth athletes give it their all—but common injuries can sneak up fast when bodies are still growing. Overuse issues like shin splints, tendinitis, and stress reactions are common, along with sprains/strains in the ankles, knees, and shoulders from quick cuts, jumps, and contact. 🏃♀️⚽️
