A Reflection on Recovery and Loss

At Eau Claire Sober Living, we walk beside people through some of the hardest, most courageous chapters of their lives. Recovery is not a straight line, it’s a fight that takes strength, community, and grace.

Losing someone to addiction is devastating. It reminds us how fragile life can be, and how powerful connection and support truly are. We want to be honest — this loss happened while Tayler was in our care. We don’t shy away from that reality, because our mission has always been to meet people where they are, even when the road is rough.

We will continue to stand in this work, with open hearts, compassion, and commitment to every person who walks through our doors. No one fights alone.
