Many of us are grieving not only the loss of loved ones, but the loss of humanitarian rights in the United States. Reiki helps with physical healing as well as emotional/mental healing. But it's not only for individuals. It can be sent to situations as well.
For those of you who are attuned to Reiki, please take a moment and send distance Reiki to all those who are suffering. Please send it to our current administration as well--that they have the realization that what they're doing is hurting people, and that it doesn't have to be that way.

We reviewed level 1, talked about sacred symbols and distance healing for level 2, and had lots of practice time sensing and giving energy, including using five different techniques to use to help the body heal itself. Energy is amazing, and it was so much fun!
