IT’S OUR BIRTHDAY!! 🥳

This past week we celebrated FOUR YEARS since opening Rejoice! Can you believe it? Four entire years of serving the Chippewa Valley, of so many wonderful families coming through our doors week after week. We have been so blessed to continue to grow and serve an amazing community of patients over the years (a special shoutout to the OG’s who have been with us since day one!), and to witness so many incredible health transformations 💜

Been wanting to get into making sourdough but don't know where to start? Join us on Saturday, November 22nd from 10-11:30am for an informal sourdough class!

Theresa, owner of @‌littlemothersbakery will be walking us through everything you need to know to maintain a starter, showing us how to make a loaf of sourdough, and sharing her favorite discard recipes. She'll also be bringing some of her delicious baked sourdough goods for us to enjoy AND you will even get to take home your very own sourdough starter!

This event is free and open to anyone! Whether you are a sourdough pro and looking for some new tips and recipe ideas, or brand new to all things sourdough—we hope you'll join us! Make sure to bring your girlfriends along too! If you plan on coming, please send us a DM letting us know so we can have plenty of supplies for everyone.

Suraya began care at the beginning of her pregnancy to help prevent the debilitating low back pain that she had with her last pregnancy. She is now in her 3rd trimester and has had ZERO back pain! 🙌🏼 She has been able to stay active and keep up with her toddler throughout this pregnancy and we just love that for her! 🎉
