Tonight, we held our annual, fantastically spooky Halloween Hangout and welcomed impressively creative and spooky guests. The pumpkin contest was spectacular, making it impossible to select a single favorite. We enjoyed delicious food, music, games, prizes, costumes, and plenty of candy. A big thank you and round of applause goes to the employees who hosted and worked tirelessly to bring it together. We also appreciate all of the employees who helped the residents with their pumpkins and costumes. They had an incredibly fun night thanks to all of you! 🎃👻

History

Brotoloc Health Care Systems, Inc was formed in 1964 as a response to the community need for appropriate housing of people with mental disabilities. The four founders, three psychiatrists (Edward Brousseau, Joseph Tobin, A.A. Lorenz) and a clinical social worker (Walter Conner) set the tone of responsible concern still reflected at Brotoloc North today.

In 1993, we developed a network of small community based residential facilities, supported care apartment living, adult family homes, and in-home services.

In 2010, Brotoloc Health Care System split into two separate companies: Brotoloc North and BrotolocSouth. Brotoloc Health Care Systems still remains as the corporation based in Eau Claire, WI, but now does business as Brotoloc North.
