The Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention is an Eau Claire County community-based coalition. The Alliance brings community volunteers and other community groups together, helping to coordinate and support community-wide efforts. All work toward the common goal of substance abuse prevention and treatment in our community. Members represent a wide range of knowledge and local insight from healthcare, education, law enforcement, government agencies, policy makers, faith communities, community service organizations, businesses, and concerned parents and youth.
