Our Contrast Therapy room has moved just two rooms down—and now you’ll have easy access to a shower before or after your sauna and cold plunge sessions 🚿❄️🔥

Huge shout-out to Dr. Emily and her husband Chad, who drained the cold plunge, took apart the sauna, and moved everything on a Sunday—all with enough time left to catch the Packers game 🏈💪

Such a fun night swapping clothes. Huge thanks from Jordan at Riverflow Refillery for sharing the impact of fast fashion, and hearing Andrea’s tips on mindful, secondhand-first shopping. One favorite hack: turn your hangers backward and flip them as you wear items—you’ll quickly see what you actually use.

This season, consider gifting experiences instead of things—our gift cards work for any service and come with a free sparkling LMNT flavor of your choice.

We love bringing the community together, sharing sustainable ideas, and keeping clothes out of landfills. All leftover items were donated to Kings Closet to support those in need. 💛♻️
