With a background in Exercise Science, I help you move, breathe, and connect with intention. I’m Andrea, the creator of Mindful Movements LLC. I grew up in Osseo, WI, and have a deep love for the Eau Claire area, where I’ve been teaching and hosting events the focus on intentional movements and self love. My yoga journey began with my mom, and we still enjoy practicing together whenever we can. I
hold a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, I'm a certified 200-hour yoga instructor as well as a certified 100-hour mat based Pilates instructor. I consider myself a lifelong learner—a "forever student"—always open to the lessons and growth each day offers. In my classes I emphasize mindfulness, intentional movement, and deep, conscious breathing. I meet students where they are, encouraging them to listen to their bodies and honor where they are in that moment. As a wellness coach, I offer guided movement, breathwork, and supportive tools to help you navigate your wellness journey with care and intention. Thank you for being here!
