Halloween can bring up a lot - rushing, anticipating meltdowns, navigating grief, remembering complicated childhoods. When we're not resourced, we're more likely to get snappy with kids at the door, with our own kids, with ourselves.

This visualization is a way to bring a little magic back to YOU, so you can be resourced for today.

Even just a few minutes of this can help you move through tonight with more groundedness and less reactivity.

Check out the blog post &/or instagram post to access an experiential for you, the grown up, today.

Halloween can be overwhelming for so many reasons. Infertility, parenting, your own childhood halloweens, fear, etc. Let's take a few moments to reduce your overwhelm. So your own little selves and other kids can feel the magic that can be Halloween.

For those of you who've experienced mass trauma, you're often so surrounded by community, that you're feeling held and supportive in a way that may now be shifting. Around weeks 4 and....

Molly has published a book!
Amidst the Trees is proud to be sponsoring the Mariah’s Way, Finding a Forever Home book launch. This wonderful book, written by Molly DePrekel and Mary Schoessler, is designed to help youth in trauma cope with challenging situations through a tender story about a foster dog, Mariah, and her journey to peace and belonging. Mariah’s Way helps the reader connect with Mariah’s emotions of fear and sadness along with seeing that there is hope as Mariah finds her way into a forever home and eventually becomes a therapy dog. Mariah’s Way includes a workbook with thought-provoking questions that can be used for therapeutic, classroom, or personal reflection purposes.

We'd love to see you at our book launch on October 7th!

💬 In light of recent events in Minneapolis, Dr. Clifford started a new blog meant to offer real-time, accessible information for families and communities who may be navigating trauma.

These posts are short, compassionate resources that normalize common responses after traumatic events and share what I hope will be practical ways to support yourself and others.

My hope is that this series will serve as a steadying presence—something anyone can return to in the midst of overwhelm.

For the Annunciation community: This will provide a once daily, timely, digestible, supportive resource for what they are likely to be experiencing in real-time.

Read the first & second posts here & if you are aligned with the content, please feel free to share it : https://www.thecollaborativemn.com/blog

I also started an instagram to relay condensed version of what's in the blog and provide another point of access: Instagram: ( https://www.instagram.com/drmeghanclifford/ )

Please feel free to share widely—this is for anyone who may need it.
