Love filled the halls at Prairie Heights Memory Care this week! 🩷

Residents and staff gathered for a joyful Valentine’s Day Happy Hour, complete with lively accordion music from Pete Sandvik. Our Executive Director, Jacob Torres, added to the celebration by preparing delicious desserts that everyone enjoyed.

We also embraced the spirit of Friday the 13th with a fun round of superstition trivia and activities focused on creating our own good luck. It was a week full of smiles, music, and memorable moments!

Prairie Heights celebrated Black History Month with a social filled with Motown tunes and cupcakes frosted in green, yellow, and gold. 🎶🧁

Interesting facts were shared at the tables alongside informative pamphlets, and various pictures of trailblazing Black Americans were displayed throughout Town Square for residents and staff to explore and enjoy.

It was a meaningful way to honor history, culture, and the incredible individuals who have helped shape our world. 💛🖤💚
