Concho County Hospital offers this screening locally, using lower radiation than a standard CT. Concho Medical Clinic is a full-service primary care clinic.

Concho County Hospital opened the Clinic in 2020 to respond to needs in the community. Primary care involves disease prevention, health promotion and maintenance, patient counseling and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions. Effective communication between health providers and patients is very important to achieve the maximum benefit of care.

The Administration of the hospital searched for a physician who was skilled and board certified in family medicine and exhibited a passion to work with patients in rural Texas. Dr. Nneka Papillion came on board in the Fall of 2019 to help to design and open the Concho Medical Clinic.

Dr. Papillion is a native Texan who understands rural communities and the special Texas culture of pride, self-sufficiency and the challenges of Texas’ unique areas and industries.

Dr. Papillion is supported by a compassionate staff and the latest in state-of-the-art technology to assist in the delivery of quality care.
