To facilitate community collaboration among relevant stakeholders in Chowan County (North Carolina) to maximize resources and ensure all families are able to receive the services needed to ready their children for Kindergarten. At the table are representatives of Albemarle Regional Health Services, Albemarle Pregnancy Resource Center & Medical Clinic,
Chowan County Department of Social Services, Chowan County Manager, Chowan County Recreation Department, Chowan/Perquimans Smart Start Partnership, College of the Albemarle, Head Start,
Edenton-Chowan Partnership, Edenton-Chowan School Board,
Edenton-Chowan School System, Kid's First, Linda’s Little Bit of Heaven Child Care Center, Shepard-Pruden Library,
Trillium Health Resources and Vidant Health.

Next Saturday our mobile clinic, Millie, will be at the Snug Harbor Health Fair offering pregnancy, STI, and HIV testing. Our testing services are free, confidential, and no appointment is necessary. We will also be collecting diapers, wipes, and baby toiletries for the families in our parenting program. We hope to see you there!
