PHASE 1: REMOVE (Days 1–10)
Clear out the things that inflame the gut: sugar, processed foods, seed oils, alcohol, gluten + dairy (short-term), and excess caffeine.

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours. 🤍

This time of year always makes me pause and really reflect, and every time I do, I get emotional thinking about the people I get to serve. Being trusted with your health, your stories, your kids, your struggles, and your wins is one of the biggest blessings of my life. I don’t take any of it lightly.
