Island Health Care is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center on the Island of Martha's Vineyard.

Island Health Care will be closed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Our answering service will answer patient calls on Thursday & Friday. IHC staff will be available to answer calls on Saturday from 8am-4pm. We will resume our normal schedule on Monday, December 1.

Since 2012, Dr. Judy Merion has generously volunteered her time at Island Health Care, offering compassionate psychiatric care to our patients. Her expertise in general, child, and adolescent psychiatry—and her deep commitment to mental health—have made a lasting impact on our community.

With the growth of our integrated behavioral health team, Dr. Merion has gracefully transitioned her patients and helped set the stage for IHC to continue delivering comprehensive and sustainable behavioral health support.

Though her regular work at IHC has come to a close, Dr. Merion remains a cherished part of the IHC family. 💙
