We are pleased to announce that we are now adding Craniosacral Therapy to our service menu! It is currently available in combination with other Therapeutic Massage treatments.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

It is a very light touch modality that focuses on the movement of the cerebral spinal fluid and aims to release tension in the cranial membranes and tissues, like the spinal cord! While known for many benefits, it is particularly great for treatment of stress and headaches. Craniosacral Therapy is traditionally done fully clothed, however with our combination massage treatments you are still able to undress and get comfy!

Sierra Murray, LMT

Sierra is a graduate of Downeast School of Massage, and a Boothbay native! She opened Ebb Tide Massage Therapy in August of 2021, with the intent to provide therapeutic massage to the Boothbay region. Sierra is able to use her deep understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology to create an effective therapeutic style of massage. She also combines techniques from various modalities and styles to create a unique deep yet relaxing Integrative Therapeutic Massage in 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
