Our Story
Edgerton Care Center is a 61-bed, Medicare-certified skilled nursing home with private and semi-private rooms. We provide 24-hour skilled nursing services to residents of Edgerton and surrounding communities. We offer Medicare skilled services after hospitalization for nursing and/or therapy services, in-house rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Our residents choose Edgerton Care Center because of its known quality of care, positive survey record, and recommendations from people they trust.
All residents are under the care of a licensed physician chosen by the resident. ECC is under the supervision of an administrator, and has a team of medical professionals including a medical director; nursing staff; physical, occupational and speech therapists; a social worker, a senior services liaison, activity staff; dietary and environmental staff.
Edgerton Care Center is licensed by the State of Wisconsin and certified by the federal government to provide skilled services. The facility is surveyed annually for compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Payment methods include Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and private insurance.
Our interdisciplinary team meets regularly to plan and evaluate resident progress and goals. Families are also included in periodic meetings. Services are adjusted or enhanced as needs are identified.
