Starting this month KIDS YOGA is coming to PURE BLISS on Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30-5:15pm!

For ages 6-10, this 45min class blends movement, breathwork, and playful activities to help kids build strength, focus, and confidence, all while having FUN! It’s the perfect after-school reset, giving your child tools to relax, recharge, and shine💫
