Hello, I'm Jess! I have worked in the optical field since 2016, helping patients find the best vision solutions with expertise and care. With a deep understanding of eyewear and eye health, I am dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring every patient has a great experience! I am very excited to be a part of the family here at Tidewater!

When not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and family. I am a fan of good books and great shows. I love unwinding with a captivating book or a favorite series.

Hi, my name is Matt Dugin. I am an 11th grade student at South River High School. What I like about this job is the people who work here, and that it has a clean environment. I help to keep the office tidy and prepare eyewear for dispensing. In the future, I would like to move to a different state. Been keeping an eye on Michigan.
