I know it seems crazy to most people, but there is a reason that these signs appear in just about any office you enter these days. For some reason, some people think it's ok to talk down to or act aggressively towards anyone in any type of service industry. This behavior will not be tolerated by any client towards any employee. If you believe that there is an issue that needs to be resolved, please ask to speak with management or the owner, or simply ask to have your records transferred to the clinic of your choice.
