We’re making great progress on the new Chapel View Senior Health & Living in Hopkins! Despite a snowy December, the second-floor concrete pour is complete, framing is well underway, and roof installation is on the horizon.

We’re on track for substantial completion in fall 2026. Stay tuned for more updates! 🏗️

Park View Senior Health & Living had a full house for their Lutefisk luncheon! Residents were joined by the mayor of Buffalo and his wife for a warm meal and good conversation.

The menu included:
• Lutefisk with white wine cream sauce or drawn butter
• Twice-baked Yukon Gold potato
• Peas with roasted pearl onions
• Apple-raspberry torte with single estate raspberry jam

A delicious example of the culinary excellence our residents enjoy. ⭐
