We’re excited to share that Aimee Robertson has been named Cassia’s new Senior Vice President of Culture and Communication!

Aimee brings more than a dozen years of experience with Augustana Care and 15 years in Christian higher education. Since joining Cassia in 2023 as Director of Employee Culture and Engagement, she’s shown an incredible passion for making Cassia’s culture a part of everything we do. Her work with our communities and Home Office teams has made a lasting and meaningful impact.

In her new role, Aimee will continue to collaborate closely with employees to champion Cassia’s culture and mission. She will also represent the Sales and Marketing Division on the Executive Leadership Team, strengthening the connection between culture and communication across our organization.

“I knew I made the right decision coming to Cassia two years ago. But I can honestly say that with each passing day, my pride and excitement for Cassia grows," Aimee says.
