GREAT TIP ON HOW TO HANDLE NEGATIVE PEOPLE

You will eventually get hate from friends, employees, coworkers, family, acquaintances, and strangers on the internet. That’s a fact.

Not knowing how to deal with it can spiral you out of doing what you need to, to get where you wanna go. Especially when it comes to your health goals

Here's my best tactic for dealing with hate:

"Hatred" is just someone announcing that you don't match their preferences. Once you see it that way, it loses its bitterness and you can shrug it off easier.

Translate everything into "They lives their life according to their own preferences rather than mine." That's all hate really is. Someone stating you don't match their preferences.

Watch how it works:
"You work too much" = "I prefer people who work less"

"You're too aggressive" = "I prefer people who are passive"

"You charge too much" = "I prefer people who are cheaper"

"You spend too much time at the gym" = "I don't put in the same amount of effort"

"Enjoy life more, stop eating so healthy" = "I don't make as good of decisions as you do"

Once you see this pattern, "hate" loses its power. Or it should! That's my goal in this message lol I want you to be able to chase your goals and NOT care what others think

Because here's the truth: Some people will hate you for doing stuff. Others will hate you for not doing stuff.

Some will hate you for being yourself. Others will hate you for not being yourself enough.

You're going to get it either way. So you might as well set your goals and actually start chasing them
