✨ Introducing a new series through Toneworks Music Therapy: A Mindful Moment with Dayna ✨

As the Director of Clinical Services for Toneworks, I’m excited to share this new series where we’ll take a gentle pause together—breathing, noticing, and greeting the moment exactly as we are. No fixing. No forcing. Just being.

At times, I’ll be joined by a fellow music therapist, and together we’ll create space for grounding, reflection, and connection through mindfulness and music.

I’m really looking forward to taking these moments with you, especially during times that feel difficult or uncertain. You don’t have to hold it all alone.

✨ Gratitude ✨

I’m feeling extra thankful—because I get to walk into work every day with a front-row seat to real, hard-earned progress. I get to watch clients take brave steps forward (even on the messy days), see families feel a little more supported and steady, and witness our team grow into their strengths as we build something truly special—together. It’s not lost on me—not for one second.

To our families: thank you for trusting us with your people, letting us into your lives, and staying in honest communication with us. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼 Your trust means everything.

To our team: What you do is not easy work. It’s steady, human, high-responsibility care—day after day. And this year, I’ve felt an even deeper sense of gratitude watching the progress that’s happened at Toneworks—clients learning new skills, connecting with therapists and building tolerance, practicing regulation, gaining independence, and taking steps forward that many people will never fully understand the weight of. Thank you for raising the bar while still showing up with humanity 💪🏽❤️

On to the next year—same mission, stronger systems, deeper roots, and even more impact. 👏🏾✨
